As former product manager for UDiscovering and a product developer for Discovering Behavioral Intervention (DBI), Ms. Buckley managed the development and implementation of DBI and other online training programs, working with our expert team to support individuals and their families affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities. She brings a parent voice as a parent of two young boys with autism spectrum disorder and a genetic condition called mitochondrial disease. Her professional background includes a decade of management and consulting experience in health care administration and mental health services.

Ms. Buckley has an M.P.A. from Suffolk University and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She completed the Leadership Education in Neuro-Developmental Disabilities (LEND) fellowship at UMass Medical School and has a certificate in Healthcare Management from Northeastern University. She is an experienced speaker and lecturer, a grassroots organizer for autism insurance reform, and has extensive experience in media, advocacy, marketing, and health policy.
